Five of us started out from Pysique this morning
myself
Alan
Steve C
Karl
John
Once we got Glynogwr hill and Gilfach out the way, Alan decided his legs were not with him today after a tough week in work, so he headed for home. We stuck to the route only until Trebanog and we then agreed a change of plan, so we went with a tailwind (and behind john wheel) back to Dyffryn gardens to see if we could meet up with our soul mates!
On the way we took a left before peterstone-super-ely, which took us to Drope climb. Chappers led the way, unfortunately i slipped and had to get off (first time ever) John also had to get off not for slipping thou it was he was laughing so much! Coffee in Dyffryn Gardens and time was on our side so went full gas for another coffee stop in Neros Cowbridge where "G" and Adam Blythe made an appearance.
Nothing ragged or eyeball popping on the ride today, thanks all , enjoyed
