Ade's 40x40 Challenge

If you have been on Strava you may have noticed my ride descriptions include a 40x40 reference. I've set myself a challenge to raise money for the All Wales Cystic Fibrosis unit at Llandough hospital. I've chosen this charity as it supported my brother. He was diagnosed with CF and lost his battle earlier this year aged 40. So I've set myself the challenge of riding 1000 miles (1600km) in 40 days. The equivalent of 40km per day.

I've just used the link on the charity page. It ensures the money goes to the better life appeal and not the Cardiff and Vale health board as a whole.
