I'm organising a charity ride stating 9am from the Tennis Club ( there's free parking here or over the river in the Rec centre on Sundays) I'm raising money for prostrate Cymru . It's £10 per rider BUT there's a free burger from the BBQ and free coffee and cake for oggies on the bar at the end . It's a 30 mile loop around the vale but feel free to add more miles if you like . Hope to see a few familiar faces on Sunday it's a worthy cause cheers Malcolm
