Pacers 2nd July

I hope to get out.

Suggested route - can easily be modified to cut a few kms off, or avoid a couple of climbs. Coffee in either Cowbridge or top of Caerphilly Mountain

Perfect club run today. Sunny, dry, high teens/low 20s temperature, light wind - and on the day a Welshman, occasionally seen by us on our rides, was wearing the Maillot Jaune  :D.

Andy S, Dylan, James Criddle, Gregg, Mark R, Reece, Nigel, Richard B, Jason T, and me. A bit of everything - short steep climbs, long steep climbs, fast descents, dual carriageway drag strips

Good riding from all today - particularly strong was an allegedly unfit Dylan, Mark R who took the KOM on the alternative Bedlinog climb, and James Criddle, who I hadn't seen ride with the pacers before but who looked comfortable in this group.

Coffee and in Cowbridge courtesy of Birthday Boy Reece.

Great ride guys - thanks for the company. My legs now need a good rest though - no cycling tomorrow.

Good ride today nice hills. Got to the bottom of that creak - it was a slightly loose cassette. Mad how the noise transmits through the frame towards the bottom bracket.

Don't forget its track night Wednesday, meant to make an announcement before club run!
