Rim brake pads

What do people recommend for rim brakes, had tried the standard shimano ultegra and there not that good. What do others suggest

Swissstop Green or Flash Pro BXP.... unless they are for carbon rims.

Looked on wiggle and the green has been replaced with Flash EVO BXP (blue), the write ups say better than the green so got 2 sets. On the label rated as 9 for stopping power 8 for longevity and 8 for modulation. Lets see how they perform.
