Mid Week rides wk 13/2-17/2

Weather forecast tomorrow dry and a balmy 5 degrees.Perfect for a spin around the Vale.9.45 at B&Q-you can bring your Valentine Roses if you want.
Hope to get out Friday again this wek-another slog into the wind to Cardiff scheduled for Thursday.

Just me and Carrie this morning-I knew all the other regulars were busy with Valentines Day so wasn't surprised.Thanks to Carrie for varying the route to let me call at HSBC! We spotted Chris G out running-obviously chain gang alone isn't enough exercise for one day if you're super-fit.
We're hoping to get out on Friday and will post here
