Coaching & Training
« on: February 03, 2017, 07:10:41 AM »
This sub-forum has now had the heading changed so that it covers Coaching & Training (although there's already plenty of training threads from Andy  :)).

A suggestion made by Craig, what with the uptake of members using Zwift, could be that this sub-forum can contain a Zwift Thread (which could be a sticky if it's successful).

So if anyone would like to start a Zwift | Virtual Training Group/Thread for meetups/training sessions then this would be the place to do it.

Thanks,

Jason

some tips on the Zwift blog for joining races
http://zwiftblog.com/how-to-race-on-zwift-strategy-tips-etiquette-and-more/

and details of races

would be good to have an OVW weekly race/training ride with an agreed w/kg (no point getting virtually hammered by Mark R & Harpo -bad enough in real life!) if anyone wants to organise
