Lovely morning for a couple of hours out and about in the Vale. Keith and I set out to do a loop along the Wick road to Barry and back, found road closed at St Athan so turned back via Llantwit Major and Monknash before hitting the industrial estate for a couple of trial laps of chaingang circuit.
