Winter chain gang 1
« on: October 04, 2016, 07:49:03 AM »
7 PM tonight. Remember its steady winter training.
Andy will deputise this week if I don't make it and lead a novice group.
Mudguards won't be needed tonight  8).

Eight of us there and good to see chain gang newbies Mr & Mrs H. Andy looked after Nick & Carrie doing the 'welcome to chain gang' stuff. That left Dave W, Nick, Reese, Mark B any myself and we had a well controlled session where we were +/- a couple of seconds against our informal target time of 7 mins/lap for all 8 laps. Nice enough weather with a fairly stiff E'ly wind.
