I've done my session in the Gym at the Stadium of Light ( the Wattbike confirmed my left leg is 8% weaker than my right) and won't be back for tonight's session. Suggest you organise yourselves into groups similar to last week. Don't fire out of the corners too fast or the elastic may snap for whoever is last in line!

Good steady, even paced effort from the 'B' team tonight. Five of us worked smoothly together with lots of communication, helping us stick together for 7 laps. Chris dropped off on lap 7 and Nick, at his first chain gang dropped off at top corner on last lap. Good effort!
Carl and Terry both looking strong, tonight.
Recorded 51:44, keep coming every week and we'll soon be riding sub 50

Real steady pace from the "A" team...lol.consisting of Mark Rosser,Dave W,Harpo,Mark Bryant,Andrew Martin and myself....managed a 47.45.....Harpo decided that lap 7 even though I called it twice was lap 8 and stopped on lap 8 and wheeled into the car park with a lap to go!!!!!!....with a sprint off the back straight between Mark R and Andrew...left me in the middle quickly being caught by Dave and Mark B at the finish line....great effort gents.
