I have a Quintana Roo Tequilo frame for sale. It is an aluminium "Aero" frame with bladed forks. Soft nose seat, BB bearings and stem are included, it has horizontal rear drop outs so would also make a fixed for TT's. The size, it would fit a 6 foot rider. £150.
