« on: December 18, 2015, 09:01:20 AM »
For all of you are not working on New Year's Day, get your entry in for the '10' .  It's on our club course and I believe entries close on the 22nd..

There is a change of info regarding the Cardiff 100 Milers "10" - The  course to be used is R10/9 -not as we were led to believe on our Club course.  The H.Q. will be the Community Hall at St Athan West and I will be the Start Timekeeper.  So have a great Christmas, and come out to the opening event of 2016 Season on New Years Day.

Any chance of buying a club jersey (Norman?) should have thought of this before really but I'm hoping that neutral colours are still permissible in TT's, even if riding under the club name? Yes, I know this is bad form. :-[

Here are some of the rules re kit for Time trialling

No competitor may carry advertising or the name of a commercial business on his race clothing except:

a) where he is a member of a club or team that has paid the advertising fee, he may carry advertising, but must not compete in clothing of a trade team that is/has been registered with the UCI unless he is a member of that team: or b) when competing in club events N.B. The inclusion of a manufacturer's logo shall be permitted.

You will be fine in club kit, or something plain

Thanks Teresa - guess things haven't changed much with TT rules - that's good to know!
Andy - thanks, can't fault the service - any chance you could bring a mirror so I can see which size looks best  ;D

Hey Greg - you OK to meet at St Athan comm. centre about 12 - sign-on, collect numbers, warm-up? We may be off nearer 1pm mark? Start sheet may arrive before via email? Looking forward to this...just NY Eve to negotiate first...
