Haha no excuse taking it easy this week after having the snip last Wednesday :o :-\
Been climbing the walls all weekend..had a go yesterday on the turbo.and today..sitting is ok standing is a no no..hopefully back on the road over the weekend

Father-in-law hospital appointment - honest (did say to Harpo when chatting on Fri after AGM). Damn BUPA hospital = the consultant was moonlighting and hence evening appointment !!!
