Mid-Week:Wk of 12th Oct

Pleased to say no adverse effects(other than usual!)following my experimental back on the bike ride yesterday so I plan to get back in the mid-week routine tomorrow.I'll be at B&Q/Starbucks at 9.45.I know Carrie is hoping to make it-anyone else??
If the weather stays like this hopefully will be out later in the week as well.

I'm working away for a few days, so I won't be there tomorrow. I should be out Friday though as well as next Tuesday and Wednesday.

4 of us out this morning:Mal,Lee.Neil&me.We met up with Carrie at the Cafe-not riding today as she's followed the current Ogmore trend of having an accident-yesterday,bike and Carrie a bit battered but ok!Sadly she missed a very sunny morning and a nice ride!
