Coaching & Training / Bike fit for a junior

Hi all.  My lad is just getting in to road cycling and needs to get the bike fitted do you have any recommendations.   
Also do we have a junior section with in the club

Thanks Ben   Will definitely meet up probably not Sunday weather forecast and away week later hopefully join up after that.  Looks like amblers are good for me  at mo avg 50km around 21km per hour so looks just right.     Thanks again Darren
