Well Steven, you have form on bouncing back from accidents.  Experience counts and I have no doubt that you'll be back soon. Get well soon.

I'm currently riding in France, showing the French how to (not to) time trial. I don't manage to get to the club much so is there anyone who could pick it up for me and I can collect it please?

Well I have been feeling optimistic for my waist line. I ordered a Large in the short then decided to adjust the order.  I sent an email through their Live Chat at 22:00 and got an almost immediate response.  The response from Angie was excellent, I gave my order ref and the size I wanted.  Within five minutes it was changed.  That was great, swift service.

Hi all,

I haven't bought Pamlico kit before. My current tired kit
Confides; Jersey size 9 & Shorts size M
Decca shorts  unsure of the size but I think it's a M

I have a feeling that I am now a Large. Nowadays, if my chest of 39 is correct then the waist is "tight"
Would a large or medium be Oklahoma?
Thanks
Mark

General Discussion / Re: Bike rack

I have a saris bones 2 which I love, simple to attach and compact storage.  It takes less than 5 minutes. The straps brace the rack securely. it sits behind the car so it is petrol friendly too. It is versatile so good for small and large cars. They make a 3 bike version too.  We have a Ford C-Max

Hi all, I've been out of it for a while.  I hear that there's some old/discounted kit hanging around that is unsold. The last I bought was Decca shorts in 2012.  Please excuse the lack of up-to-date knowledge but what is the issue with the "too much yellow"?
Are thee any pictures of this too much yellow to make a judgement?

For sale and wanted / For Sale: Wheels Grammo full carbon clinchers
« on: March 08, 2015, 11:48:18 AM »
For sale
One for the time trialists amongst you.  I'm selling these wheels full carbon Grammo 50C with carbon rims, only 3 seasons use racing only.  Damn they're light and fast.  It's the legs that let them down.  Just under 1400g for the pair.
I'm looking for about £400 for what in the uk is about £900.   Thanks

Ron, if you like numbers get a power meter and you can get into a whole new level of statistical brain freeze.

I'd been riding the 19.6 miles from Whitchurch to Physiques for 7 years too.  When you then go West it makes for a 40 mile extension that is called good training time or 'the whole day avoiding gardening'.

Whatever you do, don't make the mistake I made when I accepted the summer shorts..... they are see-through.

Once an Oggie, always an Oggie.

Oh dear, I much preferred meaningless numbers.  large isn't good. I guess a large is on the cards.
Thanks Richard
