Bike rack
« on: April 13, 2017, 08:00:35 AM »
Guys,
looking to get a bike rack, never had one before so open to suggestions. I don't have a tow bar so its a roof rack or or tail gate type. If possible would be good to be be able to swap between the wife's and my car. She has the Ford Kugga and I have an Audi A3. Both have roof rails, have had a look in Halfords and the Thule aero bars with twin bike rack looks OK but a saris bones looks OK. Not sure how stable it would be. Any suggestions or comments?

I have a saris bones 2 which I love, simple to attach and compact storage.  It takes less than 5 minutes. The straps brace the rack securely. it sits behind the car so it is petrol friendly too. It is versatile so good for small and large cars. They make a 3 bike version too.  We have a Ford C-Max
Have a nice day :)

There are often racks going cheap in the JOHN pye  liquidation auctions in Pyle. There were several saris racks last week.
