Too quick for me tonight, not quite sure how I managed to last 3 and a bit laps.
In light of previous comments re: chaingang, should say that it was pretty smooth tonight, maybe that's how I managed to hang on!
If there's no slower group next week, will just have to try and make 4 laps before bombing out.
