Thats a bit annoying as i am assuming that having entered yesterday I am the only team member and will be riding solo AGAIN!!! AAAARRRRGGHHHH!

Will you try and beat your time on that route Chris?  ;D I recall it was a rare float day too (not that I was riding) - no wind and low pressure. Some amazing times

That's not our Robin Powell riding for one of the Cardiff Tri teams is it?I saw Rob at the Manics concert a week or 2 ago and he told me he's back to normal cyclingwise-good news!

Rhigos rugby club CF44 9HJ

If you come down the Rhigos toward Hirwaun, turn left at roundabout then almost exactly 1 mile turn left, then its half a mile to rugby club. You'll see lots of people in cycling gear!   ;D

You have to go into club and sign on and collect your race number, so allow time.

Good night for it tonight and for the first time in ages a full field with no DNs's !   Well done to the 'B' team for getting under the hour on their first TTT. We recorded 52:39, which was 9 seconds slower than last year but still fast enough to win £80 for the fastest Vets team. Great effort by Mark Rosser and Mark Nott (slow puncture in the last 7 miles) who towed Richard Beech and myself around...

Great ride tonight with Mark R, Steven and Richard.

Had a slow puncture at the turn but thought....I`m going to keep going until either myself or the bike blows up but the tyre held and we had a great time!!!

Thanks gents...really enjoyed it, cant wait until next year???...that's 2 years on the bounce.

Can we make it a hat trick next year???

Sorry Davey....I just got excited when I saw you !!! lol.

and of course well done to Will, Mark P,Harpo and Terry for going well under the hour !!! great ride guys.

and Rob I cant wait to see you again....you know what's coming don't you ??? lol

Next year! Cardiff 100 milers 3up 30 mile TT August 9th this year, gotta support these odd events, one less rider per team, get those entries in now, don't be disappointed. Well done last night, just avoid the hand shake, sew pockets in your aero suit.

Every so often I forget Nott to shake Mark's hand! Usually when I'm physically and mentally exhausted just after a TT effort!
