The Pactimo Club Kit Store will open again for a week from next weekend. I'll ask for it to open from Saturday 14 to Sunday 22 October. The order will then take 4 weeks to be processed and delivered. See previous threads on the kit for more detail for now. But once I confirm the Store is opening again I'll repost all the necessary details.
When we launched the new kit lines we have had fit kits from Pactimo for sizing. These won't be available again for the next order.
Andy Harries has made a good suggestion that those who have ordered previously bring some of the new Pactimo kit to the club nights for others to try. We could do this on the next successive Fridays, Friday 13 and 20. In addition there are currently Continental long sleeve jerseys in stock in sizes S,M,L. The Continental and Breckenridge clothing ranges are a more generous fit than the race fit Ascent. And typically you can go down a size to these ranges when compared with the Ascent.
Further updates to follow. But for now if you need some more detail it should all be there in previous threads.

There will be a delay of a few days opening the store as this is the time of year that Pactimo update their clothing ranges, we are now looking at the middle of next week, I will keep you informed. See update from our account manager;

I wish to bring to your attention each September Pactimo upgrades some of the range of products, introduces now clothing and applies 2018 price list.    To the new price list we will apply your contract category and the clothing selling price has slightly been increased by a £1.00 on most clothing and slightly more on the bibs long option. 
 
Please kindly note the following upgrades and changes:
 
-Arm warmers have been upgraded.

- Ascent 3.0 jersey is now called Ascent Aero jersey.  Only the name of the product has changed.
 
- Ascent bibs: Members have now the option to purchase both the short/standard length and the long length.  You have always purchased both men's ascent bibs short and long.  Please inform the members to pay attention when shopping online as when clicking on the men's ascent bib shorts, once the product has been selected, they will need to select the long option.  Please ask them to pay attention.  When selecting the long option the system will automatically add £10.00 to the price.  The ascent bibs long option selling price to the club is now £58.00/pc +VAT while the previous price was £55.25/pc + VAT.

 
 
-Skinsuits can now be purchased with no pockets or with a left or a right pocket, each member will choose the option individually, no need to meet minimums on this as you have already met minimums on the skinsuits in the past.  For the additional pocket the system will automatically increase the selling price, it's up to the individual to choose. The pocket feature will increase the selling price by £15.00
 
I will let you know when the design has been updated to 2018 templates so we can open the shop.

Hi All I'm just in the process of getting the 2018 templates signed off. When we updated the design earlier in the year this included leg warmers which we didn't put into the store at that time. For them to go in now we need minimum orders of 5. As for the shorts the lettering is white right and yellow left. Can you advise interest please.

OVW TEAM STORE
The OVW Pactimo Store is now pen and will remain open until midnight on Tuesday 24 October. Once the Store is closed the order will be processed for delivery within 4 weeks. Estimated date of delivery is currently 22 November but I expect delivery by 15 November. This will be in good time for the Cycling Weekly Club Ride. Plus a number of non-custom Pactimo products, base layers and light weight rain coats.

There is also the option to put custom leg warmers in the Store but I'll need guaranteed interest.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, you will then be charged VAT at 20% and a handling and delivery fee of 2%. For new customers, once you have selected your items and gone to the basket to pay you will be prompted to create an account.

If you are using a visa debit you should inform your bank first as otherwise the purchase transaction will be blocked by your bank.  Pactimo are a US-based clothing company and banks will initially block visa debit transactions.  When banks are informed prior to placing the order the transactions will be processed without any problem. Visa and Master Card are accepted but not American Express.  ENTERED ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED, if a wrong size is entered we can alter it BEFORE we close the team store but not after the store has been closed. ALL ITEMS ARE NON-RETURN. If you have queries around sizing put something on this thread as others who already have Pactimo kit and specific items of kit may be able to advise.

We will not be purchasing for stock and the plan is to open the Store again in the Spring and after we have been to Majorca.

See previous threads for discussion of sizing. I know some people visited the club last Friday for help with sizing and we can look to do that again if necessary. There are also links to size guides from the custom items in the Store

If you encounter any problems just let me know and I will look to get them resolved with our account manager.

Just a reminder that we do have some long sleeve jerseys in stock that can be tried for size. There is a small, medium and large. The Continental is a more generous fit than the Ascent short sleeve jersey so if you already have the short sleeve jersey you may want to go down a size for the Continental.

I've taken collection of the latest club kit order today. It will be available for collection from this week's club night at the chapel hall. If anyone has difficulty getting there on Friday let me know and we can try to make some other arrangements, just IM me.

Just a reminder that the latest club kit order will be available for collection from the club night later. All the kit will then remain in our cupboard in the village hall for collection on subsequent Fridays. If anyone wants me to hang on to their kit for them I'll need to know by 9pm tonight.
