Social group ride Sun 4th May

I'll be out on Sunday to lead a 'no-drop' ride. Cycling at the pace of the slowest rider, nobody to be dropped, around 30 miles with at least one coffee stop.

I will post a route suggestion before the weekend

Depart 9:00am from Dialysis unit car park, rear of Brackla triangle.

Route for Sunday, a little longer than usual but a couple of spots in the route where you can cut off and head for home!

Four riders out this morning, Richard B, Rahul, Chris G (returning form injury) and myself.

Grey and on the cool side setting off but expected to warm up and see some sunshine, which it did. Largely stuck to the route with a couple of detours into the lanes.

Coffee stop in Cowbridge and finished off an enjoyable and largely uneventful ride, around the coast and on to New Inn road and Laleston.
