16 turned up tonight. These included a celebrity visit from Graham Howell, 6 days after having his collar bone broken and plated! Good level of support and coordination meant a high speed despite the wind. Down to 5 at the end with a season's fastest ( for me ) of 45.47 and an improvement in my fastest ever lap ( Oh to have gone 2 seconds faster!).
