Wednesday is better for those (including me) who will want to race at the weekend, that's why I opted for that.

I think I'll set it up so that you warm up prior to the ride and then its 16.1km flat out on whatever course we choose and then the timer stops when you reach 10 miles...The flats makes sense as there's not much point in prolonging the agony too much in the first ride.

I would suggest getting on a TT bike (virtually!) so there's no drafting and then its a true effort.

Hopefully a few people up for a mid-week 10 next week,

I'm happy with that. I can punish myself on the TT course on Wednesday and Friday then :D

well, that's good...I've set it up and invited you Ben, I've set it up for 7:30pm Wednesday on Tempus Fugit.  Warm up before hand and then the race starts when the meeting starts.

If anyone else wants to get involved please find me on Zwift and I'll invite you.

I wear the yellow and black kit as its closest to OVW :-)
