Hopefully I won't be held up in work today and can get down. I've just fitted some new SPD-SL pedals to replace the SPD's I had so I'm keen to give them a try out!

Weather forecast has deteriorated and more likely than not drizzle turning to rain. So I’ll be on the turbo I’m afraid. See you all next week.
