Thanks for trying to accommodate me Ben but I think I'd be a bit too late if I go to Porthcawl etc first so I'll probably do my own thing and see you next time!Have a good ride!

Great turn out today. I think the count was 13 at the start. Good mix of Pacers, Chasers and Amblers. Weather was nice when I left home in the sunshine. The closer I got to Brackla the drizzle set in and it stayed. But we refused to let this dampen our spirits. We took a route up through Coity over to the common where we waited for a few minutes while Patrick retrieved his light. Then over Brynna and towards Miskin. Then at Miskin we went over to Clydach Coch and across to Welsh St Donats. Where we joined the Tuesday route. Instead of turning up to Flemingston we carried on up a nasty little rise in the road and through Llanmaes to Llantwit where the coffee stop was planned. I pulled over at Llantwit and went home though as there is (what seems like) food for 5000 to prepare and get ready. No idea what all this fuss is about people keep saying something important is happening tomorrow.

Great ride though and some great rides from everyone.

After Llantwit nine of us rode on for a coffee stop in the Three Horseshoes in Marcross. We got there to find it closed but the very obliging landlady opened up early for use. Coffee all round and seemed rude not to have a pint while we were there.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all.
I’m not out New Years club run but sure there will be rides going out.
Please post your intentions
