I will be out this weekend. I shall try and plan a route ready. Won't include any monster hills or be a stupid length as I need to be back by 12ish on Sunday.

Good turn out on Sunday for the Amblers ride.
Myself, Nick H, Carrie H, Mal, Ben, Graham, Lee and Roy all left Physiques. Just after talking to Mike the mountain goat. He's looking well and hoping to be back on the bike before Christmas.

We went off over the common and through Llanharran to Pontyclun then Miskin and Pendoylan up and over the big climb there instead of going left. Then down Green dragon lane and through St Athan to Llantwit where we tried the new Cafe as Cafe Velo was heaving. Pace was a little too quick though and Carrie and Nick peeled off after Miskin to go past the Golf Course instead. Sorry Carrie. Hope you both have a great time away though.

Cafe unwind I think Tom. Next to the Spar. It wasn't bad. Reasonably priced and nice enough coffee.
