Biggest group I've seen for a while Chasers split in two so.e with Pacers some with us. 10 riders altogether. Myself, Andy H, Matty, Tom, Carrie and Nick H, Nostraps Mike, Roy (not sure which though we have several) and two new riders Adrian and Mike.

We rode a slightly modified Tuesday ride. Turning left down towards Ruthin and across to City. Then over to Watery Lane and on to A48 where we stayed on to Dyffryn for an early coffee break. Tom and Nostraps Mike carried on from here. We then went over 5 mile lane to Llancadle where Nick and Adrian decided they wanted a swim in the rhyd. In all fairness it was very a slippy road there.
A quick check of the bikes and we tootled up along green Dragon lane where new Mike's chain fell off. We went off round Gileston and through St Athan. Through Llantwit, St Donate and Ogmore by Sea. I stopped at Hilary and Ian's for another coffee. Everyone else went on. Saw Tom and Nostraps on the way back.

Yes thanks to Andy for the route-Mike and I couldn't face a coffee that early so pressed on doing an improvised route that gave us something in the low fifties by the time we got back-your new kit was dazzling Ben!

I forgot to mention  that the club has a coached session at the Velodrome this Wednesday.

All abilities welcome, you don't need to have any track experience.
Coaching is provided and you only have to pay for bike hire.
See the post in 'Track' for more information.
