25er's Sunday Ride 8th May
« on: May 06, 2016, 11:10:10 AM »
Normal ride this Sunday, pace and distance to suit all the slowers riders and those looking to improve and move on to greater heights or the Amblers anyway. weather is looking good so let's see some riders out please. We really need to be putting a few more miles in now in preparation for our trip over the Bwlch later on in the season.

Just Neil and myself out today, Miskin, up through the woods to St D's, Cowbridge, Colwinston and home, Neil had a puncture at the High Corner, so a little delayed at getting to the café. We will start doing some hills next week.

Just polish the bike this week. Were you practicing your "Aero" position when the door hit you, got to keep your head up. See you Sunday.
