I will not be out Sunday, but there will be plenty of riders at Physiques at 9 AM.

Just two out this morning Neilp and myself, we decided to go round the vale Llangan, Aberthin,Cowbridge,Llandow,Wick,Ogmore and Ewenny where we split up to head home, the weather was on our side to day with sunny intervals and no rain.
