I've done it and enjoyed every minute of it, got back yesterday after spending 4 days after the challenge in the Big Apple.  Day 4 was the hardest, up at 5 to catch 6.30 ferry, 1.30 hours later arrive in New York State and cycle 87 miles to next stop, and 72 miles in the hills kicked in, just glad I trained, apart from a hand splint all good. Had a police escort across Beoklyn Bridge and everyone was cheering, amazing feeling, got my first medal too, special because it's off Velindre, all told over 2 weeks we raised over £600,000 which is what this challenge was all about. THANK YOU to all who supported, much appreciated xxx

Fantastic effort and a wonderful total raised for a very worthy course.

Bet it was nice to kick back and take in the sights after so many miles in the saddle  8)
