Bank Holiday and I am orf to the Cote D'Cardigan, anyone who intends to go for a ride please meet at Physiques Brackla at 9, please post the route on this Forum. See U all next week for a cuppa at Argoed café followed by "Le Tump". Port Talbot for toast whats the club coming too, Tom's influence creeping into the 25er's

Actually, Aberavon for toast was my influence. Don't go blaming poor Tom. I'll be out on Sunday, although by the sounds of it, my routes aren't impressing our intrepid, elusive leader, so maybe someone else had better come up with an idea.  see you yn y bore.

Just me & my cycling buddy Andrew today. Coastal road to Llantwit (Ogmore by Sea, Southerndown, Marcross, St.Donats. Nice cuppa in Cafe Velo, then on to Llanmaes, Sigingstone, back into Ewenny & home. 27 miles of loveliness. We're out again Tuesday if anyone wants to join us.
