short notice I know but just in case anyone is at a loose end Mark P,Carrie and I are meeting at Costa in Cpwbridge at 9.30 tomorrow.Planned route is to Pontypridd then down to Cardiff Bay and back through the Vale.All welcome-post here if coming so we don't miss you!

Good ride today with Tom and Carrie and a nice lumpy route starting from Cowbridge and then around the Vale, Cardiff and the Bay. A bit of a voyage of discovery for me as I was introduced to some interesting back lanes and a few cheeky wee climbs I've not done before. I slow punctured descending into Treguff but didn't notice until I got back to the car, the perfect puncture!  42 miles for me, a bit more for Tom and Carrie.

There's always a puncture when you ride with Tom, would not seem a proper mid week Tom ride without one. Did you offer to buy him some choc cake, that usually helps.
