Just Karl and myself out, this morning.
Rode the 'mid-week' route at a brisk rate (at least for me) with Karl doing about 95% of the work. Every time I went on the front to try and slow things down, his patience went after about 2 minutes!
Quick coffee and cake in Cafevelo, before final leg around the coast.
Finally dropped me as we got to Ewenny and we rode slowly back to Bridgend from there.
I'm not out next weekend, enjoy the Tour of Britain
