3 of us out this Sunday, Lee, rahuk and myself. Lee towed us around the 'mid-week route in cool but dry conditions. Decent pace for the social group but stuck together to the coffee stop in Cafe Velo. Rode on through the lanes to St Brides where we caught up to a couple of other riders. Lee tucked in behind them but at this point Rahul and I got dropped
Lee enjoyed the tow around the coast as he had done all th work up to this point.
We regrouped in Ewenny to ride back.
Enjoyable spin 36 miles @15mph
I'll be out again next Sunday but then away for 3 weeks
