Social ride Sunday 17th July

Unusually I have been entrusted with the social ride. I have attempted to find something that is fully shaded, all downhill, a route where I won't get lost and with a stop in the Hare and Hounds.
It will be at the pace of the slowest , no one will get dropped and I will be riding at the back to ensure this is the case.
Needless to say there is a weather warning of extreme heat so please bring plenty of water and if you feel unwell in anyway have a rest day.

Six out initially; myself, Mark Rosser, Carlos, Scott, Tammy and Bob. Stuck to the planned route, Bob peeled off at Llantwit.
Coffee in the (increasingly hot) sun at 96 degrees Cowbridge.
Very enjoyable social ride mostly downhill and in the shade as promised!
