Andy and Richard have asked me to post this weeks Social ride.

Brackla - Coity - Bragdy- Byeastwood - along Heol Byeastwood - under the motorway - Heol Y Cyw - Pencoed - Bryncae - Llanharan - Pontyclun - Miskin - Groes-faen - Peterson Road - Peterson Super-Ely - head though the lanes towards Welsh St Donets - head toward A48 - turn right Aubury Arms - Flemmingston - St Athan - Boverton - Llantwit Major for a coffee. Through the lanes St Donets - Marcross - Right turn - Wick - Ewenny Road - Ewenny then Home.

Estimated to be 40 miles Weather looks Good tomorrow Start @Physiques, Brackla Triangle 9:00am all welcome especially new members.

Made it home.  Got worse on return journey.  Will go to A&E if I can't get to Doctor

Tammy Bob and my self out today

Bob was suffering and had not been feeling well for some time. He decided to turn back early in the ride. Glad you made it home ok Bob, still managed a PB on your ride. Hope you get well soon.

Tammy and I continued on the posted route on a nice sunny Sunday. Stopped at the Velo Cafe for a coffee. Little over posted miles.

Made it home.  Not sure how.  How I got a PB or even stayed upright!


NHS triple 1 says it's likely a, "viral infection".  What's that then?
