nice day for a bike ride. followed the route all going well. Paul decided to turn off back down the crai not to go the full distance.
Angelo going well and treating every little lump like it was a KOM point available.
nice coffee stop where angelo was struggling for space to carry all his energy gels. 7 mile then onto the black where both rob and angelo put an effort where I saw them ride off into the distance.
quick stop at the bottom of the black then freewheeled into neath where Angelo had used all his energy and decided to ride to remos for ice cream.
leaving me and rob to cycle back up the valley.
