4 pacers out for an early gravel ride. 07:30 start at the black path. Out today Mark and Paul R, Reece and myself. Very social ride with lots of talking/catching up. Went on the cycle path up to and through park slip up Craig Y Aber with no particular route in mind we made it up as we went to the afan valley center where Reece had to turn back for a family lunch. The 3 of us continued up the cycle path stopping off at Glyncorrwg bike park for Mark to treat us to bacon/sausage baps and coffee. Whilst here the heavens opened and down came the rain. Mark decided to head home via Cymer and me and Paul headed up for a tour of the wind turbines and headed off to the Bwlch. At this point I was soaking wet and my shoes full of water so we headed down the Bwlch to Ogmore Vale back onto the cycle path and home. Just shy of 60 miles with lots of smiles and good chat.
