website and social media accounts

Hi thought it was a good time to post about updates etc and how the club is omni present on the world wide web.

Contact us page - updated with who is the club secretary and email address
added links on the contact page to the twitter page facebook page and instagram page

the running of the social media accounts twitter -facebook - instagram are easily managed through one application called hootsuite where I can generate one post which can then get shared to the 3 accounts. these accounts will only add to what the forum gives in terms of information.
for me the forum should always be the go to place for information on anything especially club rides.

the website to me once it is up and running should be left alone and only updated with events whats on and photo updates.

bear in mind I'm working a full time job and of course would rather be out cycling than faffing about with computers and updating this and that. this is where you all come in and if you have any feedback or what you would like to see posted then please let me know
it will also be helpful to have any pics etc while on rides these too can also be shared.

Well done Dave and the web site is looking good. Next time I'm at the club I'll do a stock take and provide some more up-to-date information and pricing on the kit. Cheers, Richard

Agree with Rich, seen the regular 'pop ups' on Fb etc and also agree with using forum as a first stop!
