We have 232 members listed can we upgrade the list so we know who we are taking out on a club run.

You are quite correct, Ron.  BUT... the 232 members you can see at the bottom of the main page of the forum, are registered members of the forum - not necessarily OVW members.

Anyone can apply to register for the forum.  In fact, more than a few current OVW members were introduced to the club through the forum.  As you may already know, you have to be registered if you want to post on the forum.  So people register - ask what club runs are going out etc - get an almost instant response - decide to come out (or not) on a club run, then hopefully join the club.

Please be assured there is a process to go through to register for the forum which bamboozles most spambots, so they don't get through.  And even if the machines are sneaky, they still have to get past our own human Administrator and Moderators to become a member of the forum.

Thanks for the info Teresa, do we have a list of members who have paid their subs and are insured to fide on club runs.

The list of current members is kept by the Club Secretary and Treasurer.

I'm not too sure that we can make that public either.
