Tonight it was Mark R, Keith Davies, Andrew Martin, Vince Thomas and myself doing the whole session and a guest from Forza who I think was Matthew Bevan (apologies if I’m wrong)  and a very special mention to 11 year old Dylan Sage who looked comfortable an inch of the wheel in front for the first 2 laps averaging nearly 25 mph before dropping off and completing the session being paced by his dad on his scooter. Chapeau!

The headwind was back to normal down the back straight, but there was some very strong pulls, particularly by Keith and Andrew to ensure the pace remained high. Overall, a smooth and consistent first 7 laps before a huge pull on the front by Andrew lifted the pace on the last lap. Mark R and Vince ended with 48-dead, the rest of us in the short- 48s. Strong riding from all!

I did barely any good turns I'll admit to that lol.
Wheres Steve madelay nowadays?
Mark Rosser pulled me back on a couple of times fortunately.
Always a great workout no matter how fit or unfit you are. 👍

Vince, I agree - always a good session. Steven smashed his shoulder up in an off at chain gang a few months ago. He returned to the road last week, so hopefully see him at chain gang again very soon.
