Hope to be out, hip injury permitting.  ::)

Weather looks uninspiring, will keep an eye on the forecast and post a route tomorrow.

Forecast seems reasonably mild, with little wind and low chance of rain. SO suggestion is a couple of bumps................

7 Chasers out this morning for a short but lumpy ride over the Bwlch and Penrhys.

Rode as a group over the common and up Ogmore vale via Wyndham to the bottom of the Bwlch. 'Natural selection' up the Bwlch, with TS Steve looking strongest from my fading position at the rear. Hannah decided to turn off towards Cymmer while the rest of us continued on to the Rhondda valley and the climb over Penrhys. Haven't climbed it from this side for a long time and forgotten how tough a climb it is, definitely short of gears!
Coffee stop in Pontypriddd, puncture for Richard L on the rise up to Tonteg, (quickly sorted) bit of speed play from Llantrisant to Coychurch finished off an enjoyable club run.
Good winter miles!
Out today wrwe:-
Hannah
Richard L
Richard B
TS Steve
Mark
Greg
and me
ps thanks for 'shouting' the coffee goes to Mark
