Thanks Davey for your work over the winter - a few riders have really benefitted from the sessions.

There's no excuse at all for not coming out tonight so commit and come and join us!  I will make sure we are split into groups of similar ability.

Steven, I think I have your legs from last Sunday. Happy to 'captain' a slower group this evening.

Those that haven't been to chaingang, it is GUARANTEED to make you faster, so come along at 7.00 and join in the fun.

Not a problem, was very glad to see how many turned up week in week out to make it a success! Well done guys.

My motivation to join you fell away with all the bad weather but hope to get out more now that spring is on the way...may even be there tonight! ;D

Great turnout tonight with nearly 20 riders.  We split into Elites (led by Davey) and Pacers (led by Andy).  The Elites were given 30 seconds head start and challenged to catch the Pacers, which they failed to do.  Probably because we had last minute reinforcements from ONIT and that we covered the 8 laps in 53 minutes.  59 minutes would be the norm this time of year which shows the value of the winter series...

Wow - summer chaingang and the gloves really came off tonight! (Not literally - it was still quite cold!!)

Started off hard and got harder, particularly when Steph Onit 'half a job' Pang joined us 3 laps in and did a rapid turn on the front. By the time we hit 5 laps we were down to 3 riders, myself, David Bees and Steph. We worked/kicked lumps out of each other until the penultimate corner when we all called it a day, rolling over the line in 47 something.

Great workout and really good to see the winter chaingangs paying off with everyone.

Special mention to slimmer of the year Mark Knott, what happened to the rest of him?!! Good effort.
