All members are welcome to attend, and we need plenty of attendees, so please make every effort to come along.

If you are unable to attend, I would really appreciate it if you could forward your apologies. Thank you to those who have already passed on their apologies.
 
For those who are unaware of how the AGM in the Ogmore works; we elect / re-elect committee members, elect / re-elect delegates of the various cycling bodies, appoint auditors, confirm 2019 calendar, go through nominations for Club Person of the Year and discuss any new proposals etc.
All first claim members present, and who are fully paid up with subscriptions, are eligible to vote.
 
Again, please make every effort to attend, and note that by turning up, you will not be coerced into taking up a position on the committee (unless you really want one, of course!)
 
Reminders
•   Club Person of the Year nominations. Please remember to send your nominations to me BEFORE the AGM.
•   Membership can be renewed from the AGM onwards for 2018, ie when the fees are agreed.

The attached nomination/voting slip is hopefully self explanatory.  The first part needs to be completed and sent to me BEFORE the AGM and the second part is to be completed at the AGM after the nominations are read out.

There have been several people this year who have excelled in helping the club and it's members, so please get your nominations to me so these members can be recognised and applauded.

Club Person of the Year will named and awarded with a trophy at the Club Dinner on the 23rd November.
