« on: December 12, 2017, 10:11:14 PM »
Forecast looks reasonable, at the moment!

https://www.strava.com/routes/11373744

Nice'n'easy clockwise loop, couple of climbs to keep us warm.
Out via Heol Las, Llanharan, MIskin, Gwern-Y-Steeple, short stretch of A48, Llancadle, coffee at Cafe Velo then home via Wick and Ogmore-by-Sea

Just under 70km (43 miles)

A short story about the Ambler, the Chaser and the Pacer. a.k.a. Mr Brave, Ms Foolhardy and Mr Stir Crazy ( tormented by 2 weeks of turbo trainer torture )
Nigel, Jo and I the only 3 riders to turn up at Brackla each blaming the other for being daft enough to turn up. Persuaded Jo to join Nigel and me on a steady cruise of a couple of hours around the Vale. The rain didn’t stop and neither did we, sorry Jo better to get the ride over and done with than stop for coffee and have to get going again.
Well done on keeping going and thanks for the company both of you.
There will be a club night next Friday, roller practice and mince pies.
There will also be a club run next Sunday weather permitting

I wasn't feeling great this morning plus was only allowed out until 11. So I opted for a lie in.
