Mid Week Rides wk of 7/8
« on: August 07, 2017, 05:04:40 PM »
At the moment the BBC is forecasting a dry window tomorrow morning. So long as that doesn't change I plan to be at the B&Q roundabout at 9.45 as usual tomorrow. Having been away for a few days I'm not sure who ,if anyone, else may be out?
I can't do the next couple of Fridays but am planning forays to Cardiff this Thursday and Saturday(will Saturday's Bluebirds result be (another)false dawn or (sorry Luke and Carrie)can we carry it on against Villa?)

7 of us at B&Q this morning-Mal,Mike,Carrie(H),Lee,Steve,me and guest appearance from Chris G. Unfortunately Mike had a mishap at Llangan involving new cleats and tightly adjusted pedals-he was a bit battered and turned for home(he got back ok).Carrie was next to depart(planned this time) followed by Chris at Flemingstone. The rest of us carried on to the café(the return of Dave meant a drop in service standards!)where we met Nick(H).
We pottered back to St Brides where Mal and Steve went down Death Valley to leave me and Lee to ride the full route!
