I will be back from my hollybobs on Saturday. So will be out and about for a ride. Mal has suggested taking part in a charity ride.

I was going to post and say I won't be out this weekend because I'm doing this, but see you there!

Myself, Nick, Carrie, Lee, Mal, Mark, Paul, Mike, Adrian and Ben (along with quite a few others) left the Tennis club this morning to do the ride for Prostate Cymru. Down through Ewenny and up and over past Ogmore. Started off sunny and a nice gentle ride (good pace though). Then after Ogmore we went through St Brides Major and on past the Plough and Harrow. Along Dimlands Road to Llantwit where we stopped to let Mal and Mark catch up. Then it started raining so we went in for Coffee. At this point we split up a bit but my son Luc joined us to Bridgend. Round St Athan over to Llanmaes then Sigingstone and up to Lampha hil and down Post Office hill. Once back in Ewenny we went back up Pottery Hill and back to the Tennis club where there was some very tasty flapjack (made by Carrie) and a free coffee. Luc and myself went home from here back through Death Valley. 53 miles for me and 26 for Luc. Good route too Mal. Great ride despite the rain and helped raise money for a good cause.
