New Year's day, start of the TT season!
« on: December 08, 2016, 05:35:46 PM »
Don't forget to get your entries in for the season's opener.

10 mile TT on the St Athan course, solo's and 2 ups.

Very 'hangover friendly' start time of 13:00,so no excuses

Register with Cycling Time Trials and enter on-line. There are links to CTT from the club web site.

Have registered with CTT and went to register but there is no info such as course map, start end point for the new years day race.....as a complete novice what else do i need to look for. I can see registration close date is 20th December. Who is best to speak too at the club?

I'll be at club night Friday, if you can get there.

It basically starts just up the road from St Athan camp, 5 miles out to roundabout just before airport and back

HQ last year was at community building just a couple of hundred yards up East Gate entrance road. Start in lay-by 100 yds east of traffic lights on main road- same entrance. Finish 200yds before start line

The RC10/19 is our OVW midweek course.

The R10/9 is St Athans

The attached link is a Result sheet from the Cardiff 100 Miles RC - At the bottom it advertises the 2017 TT

Thought they were going to use our course last year, as they did the year before but resorted to original St Athan course. Don't suppose it'll make much difference to the New Year's Day hangover!
