I'm going to come along tonight for the first time so please be kind  ;D If anyone else fancies giving it a go for the first time or hasn't done it for a while/getting back to fitness etc. please come along and get dropped along with me so we can form a chase group. See you then

As I missed Nick's message, he missed the start but some serious racers turned up tonight which suited Paul !  Will definitely start two groups next week but still a good work out for everyone..

Sorry if I stuffed that up Steve, I pulled off the front if I thought someone was yelling to ease up. When it was just the 4/5 of us I assumed it had split into 2 groups.

Not a problem !  Some seriously fast riders tonight. You and Mark B are in the OVW top 10 for chaingang lap times now...
