Just the six of us this morning for another mxed group ride, me, Paul, Mark, Karl, Rob, and Andy. Rode well as a group again in dry albeit blustery conditions, a stiff south easterly into our faces on the way home. The group did split as expected on the climbs. Paul and Rob led the way up Llangeinor and again up the Bwlch. Andy had only planned to do part of the ride and left us after the Bwlch. There was low cloud cover on the top of the Bwlch with poor visibility and it was good to descend into some sunshine in the Afan Valley. We cut across to Cwmafon as planned and into Port Talbot and on to Aberavon which was extremely busy, so we gave Remos a miss and ended up in MacDonalds, And then the ride for home via Porthcawl with good effort from Mark and Rob at the front, me and Karl keeping each other company on Dan y Graig before we all regrouped on the A48 for the run in back into Bridgend.
Not sure what I’m dong yet next weekend.
